Our commitment

We take pride in delivering a friendly, reliable and professional service with a quality finish every time.

If you’re not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours. We will return and do our best to resolve the issue and meet your expectations. As services are completed on-site, refunds are generally not offered and our priority is to make it right.

Mazey Property Services is fully insured, including public liability cover, for your peace of mind.

Terms of service

Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection or information provided. Final pricing may vary if the property is larger, overgrown or access is restricted, and any changes will always be discussed with you before we proceed.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and electronic transfer.

Access & Site Preparation
Please ensure clear access to all service areas at the scheduled time, with pets secured and any hazards such as rocks, irrigation, wires or debris identified. Additional charges may apply for heavily overgrown or unsafe areas.

Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions. If this happens, we’ll be in touch to arrange the next available time.

Ongoing Services
For regular services, pricing assumes ongoing maintenance. If services are skipped and the lawn becomes overgrown, additional charges may apply. We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes where possible.

Care & Responsibility
We take reasonable care while working on your property, however we are not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked items such as irrigation, cables or pipes, or for pre-existing damage.

Green Waste
Green waste removal is included only where agreed and quoted. Otherwise, clippings may be placed in your green bin if available or taken away at an additional cost. If no bin is available and removal is not requested, green waste will be left neatly on site.

Privacy & Communication
We collect and use your contact details to provide services, manage bookings, and communicate with you about your job. From time to time, we may also send updates, offers or special deals related to our services.
